BTW (By The Way), Montana is one of my favorite areas, even though I've only been in the very southwestern section 2 times, around Yellowstone and a wee bit up from there. I LOVE the mountains, but i HATE the winters. I KNOW there's a definite "beauty" even to the winter, but ... I'd be happy if I never had to see another winter. The older I get, the more my bones ache, especially when it's could and damp. One area out there I've never been to yet that I'd LOVE to see sometime between spring and fall is the Glacier NP area. Even the name of the main thru there (Going to the Sun) captivates me.
