Dear Dave:
It would be GREAT to have "lights out" at nite, but ... our area has a rather high crime rate. In fact we've had a few windows in our home busted out in the last few yrs. for calling in about the drug dealers on the street and in the park next door. I'd LOVE to have it pitch black, but ... doesn't seem too realistic here, for the time being. Hopefully, this will change in the not too far near future.
